About this Class

Join us for a guided nature and forest bathing experience in Stacy Park to slow down and connect with our natural surroundings. During this nature and forest bathing experience, we will spend time connecting with our natural surroundings through bodyfulness and mindfulness invitations. ​It will not be a physically exerting activity, though there will be some light movement and walking. You'll want to dress comfortably for being outdoors. I invite you to bring a blanket, mat, or camping chair – whatever you feel most comfortable sitting on in the outdoors (we will be walking a bit & carrying our belongings with us, so please keep this in mind with regard to what you bring). The event is rain or shine, with the exception of inclement weather. This experience is synced up with the movement of migratory birds who are heading south during August, September, and October, making their way to, through, and from our area as we approach the Fall Equinox.
